Square insists that this will be the final game in the Theatrhythm series, so it’s only fitting it should go out with a bang: there are 385 songs included in the base release of this game, expandable up to 505 songs with all DLC included. That’s a lot of Square Enix music! If you haven’t played, Theatrhythm is, uh, well, a rhythm game, where you synchronize controller inputs to tracks from Square Enix games, primarily from the Final Fantasy franchise, and there’s a lot of other sort of structures surrounding that but really what matters is that you get to play along with Final Fantasy music. What kind of monster wouldn’t want that?
